These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website chroix.ch. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.
The presentation of products on the website constitutes an invitation to purchase. The contract is concluded at the moment CHROIX SA sends the order confirmation via e-mail.
•Prices are indicated in CHF.
•Payment is made at the time of ordering using the methods indicated on the website. The order is processed only after receipt of payment.
•Standard delivery times: CHROIX SA undertakes to ship orders within [e.g., 3-5 business days] of order confirmation. Carrier delivery times are estimated at [e.g., 2-4 business days] within Switzerland.
•CHROIX SA is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or courier malfunctions.
•Physical Products: Returns are accepted exclusively if the received product has manufacturing defects or transport damage.
•Procedure: The customer must report any damage via e-mail to info@chroix.ch within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching photographic documentation of the defect.
•Digital Products: In accordance with the nature of the product, there is no right of withdrawal or refund for digital content (e-books, downloadable files) once the download or access process has begun.
•CHROIX SA reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned product before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
•CHROIX SA guarantees the quality of its products. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product.
•No returns will be accepted for intact products or in case of purchase errors by the customer.
For any dispute arising from the application of these terms, the place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.
